If you haven't checked this series out yet, you definitely should. It's modern Egyptian mythology, complete with romance, action, and adventure! It is definitely worth a read if you're looking for something both fresh and traditional. Plus we get not one, not two, but three rather attractive princes (but don't worry--it's not a love triangle) to swoon over!

ReplyDeleteI didn't know about this series, it sounds amazing! I recently started the Tiger's Curse series, and I have to say it's nice to see an author who creates such original stories! This one sounds very original as well, I'll have to add it to my tbr list :D

Egyptian mythology is rarely covered in YA, I think! Pretty excited for Colleen Houck's Recreated now! :D
ReplyDeleteI know! There's a lot of Greek mythology, but there's hardly enough about any others, which is what makes this so fascinating!
