Mini Book Haul: Firsts!

I buy normal books. I rarely pre-order special edition ones, or do any of those neat personalized things. Physical arcs are non-existent, given the competition here for arcs.

Which is why this book haul is one that is dear to me. It is one of many (well, just two) firsts.

My new beauties:

Yes, it's just three, but I've wanted to share it with you guys anyways. The only question: where is The Mirror King by Jodi Meadows??? I need that book! There are only a few copies here, which made for a very sad trip to the bookstore, so I'm going to order a fresh one online. Soon. Soon!!!

Anyways. Did anyone catch the sticker on my copy of A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah Maas? No? Let's take a closer look:

SIGNED. COPY. * hyperventilating* Commence freakout. FREAK. OUT. 

*Faints* CAULDRON BOIL ME (points if you get the reference, heh heh), I cannot believe I was lucky enough to score a signed copy!!! I HAVE IT AND NOW ITS MINE AND I'M NEVER LETTING IT GO. No one--no one--can pry this book from my fingers. Expect maybe Rhysand. I'd give up my life for Rhysand, no hesitation.

The next book: The Vanishing Throne by Elizabeth May! I've been looking forward to this one for a while, and was bummed that the US/CAN release date is in June, 7 months after its initial release date in the UK. But I have a copy!

And, it's my very first physical arc! I've gotten tons of e-arcs, but never have I gotten a physical arc. Though I actually won this book from a Goodreads giveaway, not from a publishing company... That's the issue living in a country that's pretty much co-joined with the States...so much competition! So many bloggers here, so little opportunity for a small and humble blogger like me to score anything *sighs heavily*

And my last book is the first book to Rick Riordan's The Trials of Apollo series, The Hidden Oracle!

Honestly, who doesn't love Riordan's works? And let's not forget my favourite ship Solangelo, muahaha. Can't wait to read all about them!

So that's it for me :) Hopefully I'll get my hands on The Mirror King by Jodi Meadows really soon, because that cover is to die for. And the story too ;)
